some questions for you:
1. how did you generate your project (from archetype)?
I have use maven archetype
mvn archetype:generate \
-DarchetypeGroupId=org.apache.syncope \
-DarchetypeArtifactId=syncope-archetype \
-DarchetypeRepository=http://repo1.maven.org/maven2 \
-DarchetypeVersion=1.0.2-incubating
2. was your Oracle DB clean?
Yes, I have cleaned all objects with "drop-schema.sql" attached
3. which JEE container are you running?
java version "1.6.0_31"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_31-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.6-b01, mixed mode)
