I can reproduce it in the online demo.
I created a notification with in About:
"Membership" "101_root"
AND Attribute car_model EQ BMW
when, saving and reopening I only see the Membership line and a line
underneath that's not filled in.
I tried some more and when I put 2 attributes + membership, only the
attribute line is there with line underneath without filled in values.
Here's how I was able to reproduce it on the online demo:
1. Create notification with About;
"Membership" "101_root"
AND Attribute car_model EQ BMW
2. Save and reopen: it worked
3. Add a third condition (membership, attribute it doesn't matter) to About
4. Save and reopen: fail as you described
