A couple observations: First, I've seen adult-related RSS feeds in
the Syndic8 database. Second, of the feeds I've run across that are
really just attempts to abuse the system ("spam") by having no real
content and "new" RSS items that really all point to the same
affiliate page, most have been adult-related.

Quite apart from the actual content of the sites being promoted, I
tend to look askance at adult-related feeds due to this abusive
pattern. It's one thing to promote a site by using the system the way
it's intended (i.e., to syndicate new content, whatever that content
may be), it's quite another to attempt to deceive people into thinking
there is new content when actually it's all just a redirect to one
page over and over (or, annoyingly, a page generated on the fly with
junk text filled with keywords, mixed in with the ads).

Anyway, this is just commentary based on my own experiences reviewing
feeds. I don't mean to imply that you would be abusing the system.
If your RSS feeds actually include new and changing content, then I'm
not personally aware of anything that would prevent them from being
included in the Syndic8 database and even reaching the Syndicated
status. (I'm just another volunteer Reviewer, of course, so I don't
officially speak for Syndic8.)

There might be other services that specialize in adult RSS feeds -- if
not, perhaps it's a market waiting to be tapped?
