Excellent question, if a site isn't in your native language, or one you can't easily read, it's often best to simply pass on it. That is, unless it's throwing an obvious validation error. Validation errors are always bad, regardless of language. But if you can't read a feed you might miss out on whether it's spam or otherwise junk like a search engine gaming sort of thing. Sometimes feeds like that are easily identifiable by visiting their website though.
