The time it takes to approve a feed varies widely. Just a few moments ago I approved a feed that was created (added to Syndic8) back in May of 2004 and had been sitting for nearly three years waiting for attention. Other feeds get approved within a few days of going into the "pending approval" state. A severely broken feed might never be approved if the feed owner never fixes it.
I did a quick search for your feeds but didn't come up with anything.
