Looking better, but it looks like the feeds should be explicitly served as UTF-8 rather than US-ASCII, at least according to the validation error that appeared for feed # 501142.
I didn't have time for the entire set today, but I tackled both ends of the list. 501145 through 501170 were not reviewed by me today.
