There must be millions of "rss explained" articles to be found on Google. Try mine: http://aplawrence.com/Basics/rssfeeds.html If your blogging software doesn't create an RSS feed for you automatically, see my http://aplawrence.com/Unix/simplerssfeed.html for some code that will create one manually.
