New build for Win32 of Synfig Studio is available. Its based on revision #426 and contain a number of patches for installer for clean uninstall. (May be you need to uninstall previous version of Synfig Studio and Synfig Core and remove left files f.e. C:\Program Files\synfig\ for clean uninstall).
Be careful, looks like #426 revision has crash in windows (at least) when you trying to open pirates.sif example.
