Summary: crash rendering bline

Initial Comment:
I drew a polygon using the bline tool. I had just clicked for each vertex
rather than dragging, so none of the lines were curved. I had looped the bline
from within the bline tool by turning off the tangent duck display (alt-3) then
right-clicking a vertex and selecting 'loop' from the context menu.

I switched to the normal tool and was dragging some ducks around when studio
crashed with:

synfigstudio: layer_shape.cpp:259: int MonoSegment::intersect(synfig::Real,
synfig::Real) const: Assertion `dy != 0' failed.
/home/chris/bin/synfigstudio: line 3: 32699 Aborted
SYNFIG_ROOT=/usr/local /usr/local/bin/synfigstudio "$@"
