Simply continue running synfigstudio without show the GUI. If I run "LANG_ALL=C synfigstudio" it runs perfectly. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Date: 2008-01-03 06:16 Message: Logged In: NO The problem seems to be this line: App::ui_manager()->add_ui_from_string(layer_ui_info); in gtkmm/dock_layers.cpp layer_ui_info contains this substring: <menu action='Geometría'> That's the only layer category with an accented character in it.
