Summary
-------
If a manual sif file with canvas width or height set to 0 is being read by
synfigstudio or synfig, a crash is produced (sinfigstudio) or a bad render
output (synfig): "error: png_trgt: error: Image width or height is zero in
IHDR libpng error: Image width or height is zero in IHDR".
This patch refuses to open a file with those attributes and properly give
control to user again. It is solved in either synfig or synfigstudio.
This addresses bug 2195749.
