Summary: GTK 2.6 compatibility

Initial Comment:
Believe it or not, synfig 0.61.09 core is fully compatible with GTK 2.6, while
synfig studio uses only a single 2.8-exclusive import:
AboutDialog::set_wrap_license.
That's right, the -only- thing preventing 2.6 compatibility is a tiny detail in
the about dialog (which no one really looks at anyway).

Now I realize that to many recent developers, backwards compatibility has gone
the way of optimization and software rendering. It's a pity (with the other two
as well), but I can't change the way people think.
However, I doubt even someone who just wrote his first "Hello World" in
freaking VB would think so little of it so as to weigh it below a tiny detail
no one would ever notice.

So, my request is to have the use of AboutDialog::set_wrap_license in synfig
studio. Its presence doesn't add anything substantial, while its absence opens
up synfig to a whole new range of users.

I personally think it's a no-brainer, but if you still think synfig really
really needs that in its about box, then at least provide a branched build with
that if-def`ed out or something to that extent.
