Review request for Synfig. Summary ------- This patches removes the dependency of the (GUI independent) libsynfigapp (in src/synfigapp) on the rest of (GUI dependent) synfigstudio application (in src/gtkmm). This dependency was created with the configuration code for nonstandard input devices, like drawing tablets (commited in r2360). Instead of using a callback, the code now initializes the devices in two steps. First the configuration data is read into a settings object, then it is copied to the configured device.
