Summary: fps gap between synfig and list-files

Initial Comment:
My goal was to work in 8 fps in Synfig, and use an image sequence for reference
at every frames.
But when i'm working at 8fps, some frames of my .lst file are "jumped" and when
i'm working at 24fps, some others are "duplicates"...
After a little calculation, I found that the only way for me to use all the
images of the imported .lst file is to setup the project at 15fps :-/
