We cannot reproduce the problem you mention. Please try the following solutions:
Go to Toolbox->File->Panels->Reset Windows to Original Layout. Then tell us the
missing panels are shown or not.
Telling us the operating system you're using might help us to fix the issue if
it is reproducible.

First I congragulate you on your new release of sinfig 0.62.01 version.
But here I am facing one problem. Whenever I download this version and open it
on my PC, the LAYERS and PRAMES sections are missing on the screen. Only
CANVASS
and TOOLS sections appear on the screen. Please try your self and kindly
resolve
