Summary: Remnants of the change to outline/fill color exist in studio

Initial Comment:
A couple of remnants still exit of the change from the concept of foreground /
background color to the concept of outline / fill color.
    * synfig-studio/po/*.po  (translations)
    * synfig-studio/images/set_*_color.sif (both content and filenames)
    * synfig-studio/images/Makefile.am (file reference to the files above)
    * synfig-studio/src/gtkmm/iconcontroller.cpp
    * synfig-studio/src/gtkmm/dialog_color.cpp
There are also some background/foreground references in synfig-core that should
checked.

Message:
Translation templates seem to have been fixed. Hopefully the translators
have followed suit. I'm closing the bug.

Message:
Revision r2375 fixes the .cpp, .sif, and Makefile.am files. The icons
themselves will probably need to be redesigned as well. The translations
still need to be fixed.
