Summary: Value Node Random ignores the radius for the Spline interp.

Initial Comment:
See attached file.
There are five circles with the origin converted to random. All they have the 
same animation speed, radius, link and seed. I have placed a motion blur layer 
to see the path of the circles during the animation. 
I expect to have five similar results when the blur aperture tends to infinite. 
Clearly the purple circle (Spline interpolation) has smaller radius effect.
