Hi,We are one tiny step closer to get synfig back to Debian: I just filed ITP (Intent-To-Package) bugs for etl, synfig and synfigstudio to bugs.debian.org. The respective bugs are:
etl: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=665041 synfig: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=665042 studio: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=665045This means that the Debian package proposal process has now officially started! As a next step, Dmitry and I will try to find sponsors to accelerate the process.
Note that, according to Dmitry, the whole process is going to take weeks, so hold your breadth! If any questions about upstream come up, I will forward them to this list so that we can get everything sorted out quickly.
