Summary:  libsigc-2.0-0.dll not found

Initial Comment:
can't start program, because it says  libsigc-2.0-0.dll is missing.... tried 
uninstalling, installing at default locations... and so on... but it doesn't 
work..

I wanted to try out your software which looked pretty cool!
I had the usual DLL problem and tried to do all you said, but my problem
is: There is no PATH variable. I tried to create one but it didn't work, I
tried to use the three that existet, even though they weren't named PATH,
but it didn't work..

I also didn't found a solution to a prolbem like this on your site. What am
I supposed to do now? :(

This file is a part of GTKmm package. Did you install it? Which version you
install? Which paths you install GTK+ and GTKmm?
