Summary: Can't render with ffmpeg

Initial Comment:
i want to render my animation with ffmpeg and i get the following error in the
terminal window:

[Eval @ 0x7fff1afbba80] Invalid chars ',000000' at the end of expression
'24,000000'
Incorrect value for r: 24,000000

Is this because of the frame rate format?

My synfig version is 0.63.0 and Kubuntu 11.10 with KDE 4.7.2

Message:
Can you try this?
1) Open a terminal and then run:
 $ LANG=C synfigstudio
2) Try to repeat the same procedure to render the file using ffmpeg and
report if it is solved.
