Summary: Gamma hard coded

Initial Comment:
Synfigs gamma value is hard coded to 2.2 which is problematic in several ways.

In setup we can change gamma value, but this is only for gamma display of
canvas while working. Upon final image rendering a gamma of 2.2 is applied.
This behaviour can be utterly confusing for users and very much not consistent
with wysiwyg.

Further html color values copied from other sources like image editors and
color pickers will turn out wrong in Synfig Studio making it incompatible in
workflows including other apps.

Synfigs gamma value should not be hard coded.
