Summary: Strange waypoints appearing for canvas switch events

Initial Comment:
As reported in Bug #1888858 waypoints are not displayed for canvas switch
events.
But  sometimes they do appear.

Steps to reproduce (SVN2316):
* Create a few exported canvases named 'd00', 'd01', 'd02', etc
* New Layer -> Other -> Paste canvas. Select created layer
* Create keyframes at '0f' and '12f'
* Enter animated mode
* Goto '18f'
* Change 'Canvas' parameter to 'd00'.
* Whoa! Magic waypoints appeared at '12f' and '18f'!
* Further changing of 'Canvas' parameters will produce waypoints too.

More over, those waypoints doesn't respond to the right click. ALT-click
(TRy to delete one of them) crashes Synfig Studio
