I think that it should be great to have a more native looking on OSX but
I'm worried on give any hope on success on such big change. Specially when
Gimp 2.8 is based on gtk 3 and we still based on gtkmm 2. That work would
work for only one platform and at the end it won't add anything
significative to the workflow of the user (just the integrated menu).
Wouldn't it be better to join efforts to move fom gtkmm 2 to gtkmm 3 and at
the same time work to rearrange the layout forward the single window UI,
instead of work on the integration of the application on the operating
system?
