Win32 build: Modify profile-specific gtkrc only if we have one.
Modifications required for backward compatibility - only if we have previous
version installed - in this case we need to override the GTK theme to provide
native look.
If the gtkrc file is absent then no changes required, since "MS-Windows" engine
is enabled by default.
