Improved warning dialog UI
A scrollable dialog window is not intuitive because it'll be shown only
once to the user and at the most with a brief descriptive message
Moved from Gtk::ScrolledWindow to Gtk::Grid
Grid takes care of the window size automatically
Fixes #1376
