feat: add some palette clipboard functionality (#2597)
Copy and paste hex codes on Panel Palette.
- Added the functionality to right click a color in the palette and copy its
hex value
- Added the functionality to add a hex-color from the clipboard to the palette
The three acceptable hex code styles:
- #fff
- #ee33AA
- #8
