Some comments from IRC:

<pxegeek> huh - not seen that one... I'm just recompiling the latest SVN,
but I can't imagine it'll show up
<pxegeek> They worked for me. I'm looking to see if I can find the
version of iconv.dll I have on my PC
<pxegeek> Maybe he has an old (or corrupt) dll?
<pxegeek> or exotic hardware?
<pxegeek> or maybe not installed in the default locations?
<pxegeek> Interesting - I have 4 copies on my PC - c:\GTK\bin,
c:\Data\Program Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0\bin

Try removing all versions of GTK/GTKmm, then searching for iconv.dll,
backing it up and removing it, then reinstalling GTK.

Try installing the versions of gtk and gtkmm linked to from the download
page: http://www.synfig.com/download/. It sounds like the versions you
installed are too old.

Assigning to Atrus, our Win32 maintainer.
