Hi! I'm proud to announce that we are planning a release for Synfig. If everything goes fine it will be ready for the end of April. Although it comes with some interesting features it is not a major numbering step so it can be considered a step for 0.63. What's new: -Improved stability in the Windows version: Although it is optional, by default it uses a single thread render engine that was long time ago coded by dooglus but what never was applied. Thanks to pixelgeek. -New Transform Tool. Now the Normal tool has been enhanced with the ability to Rotate, Scale and Translate. It will increase user workflow speed. Thanks to nikitakit. -Improved SVG import. Some errors that happened in the initial version has been improved. It need further development but works better now. Thanks to nikitakit. -Caret menu has been resized and now the rulers take less space. Thanks to genete -Additional parameters has been added to target render ffmpeg. Synfig tool (core) has been reformatted. A small gui for the parameters has been added to render dialog. Thanks to eldruin and genete. -New Italian translation. Finally this is a call for the translators. It would be good that in the middle of April, translators send their patches for the new release. In that moment I'll lock the code and translation will be safe.
