Ken,

Sorry to be so slow in getting this information to you.

I have the following cane mills:

1-Improved Columbus No. 12 (I can't find a patent date on it.)

2- Goldens New Model No. 2 (Patented Sept. 12, 1905 and Jan. 9, 1906) One of
these has been converted to be operated with a 3 hp electric motor. This is
my primary mill.

1-The Golden Mill No. 2 (I can't find a patent date, it is old.)

1-A two roller mill made by Morven Fdy & Mach.,Morven, GA. (There is no
patent date or model no. on it.) This was my first mill and I have it set up
with a sweep and pull it with a tractor. I just use it for a back up now.

I am really pleased with all the information I'm getting by participating in
the Syrupmaker List. I am definatly in the learning phase and all the
information passed along is very helpful.

Take care, Charles Deese
