If you configured network configuration, you might have dns problem.

solaris does bring dns server information from your router(NAT, maybe) 
with ip on dhcp mode.
I am wondering if you configured dns servers on your router to feed up.
Try to nslookup

Without you can try to ping the real IP address of www.google.com to 
check if your network is healthy.

Here you are :
~/Desktop$ nslookup www.google.com
Server: 210.220.163.82
Address: 210.220.163.82#53

Non-authoritative answer:
www.google.com canonical name = www.l.google.com.
Name: www.l.google.com
Address: 64.233.189.147
Name: www.l.google.com
Address: 64.233.189.99
Name: www.l.google.com
Address: 64.233.189.104

And ping any IP of above addresses.
