Hi,

A while ago (3 years maybe?) Sun had a service where a customer with
maintenance contract could upload an explorer, and get back an
HTML/PDF sheet detailing the anomalies, such as back-rev'ed patches,
firmware, any storage warnings, some other minor goodies. It went
through several reincarnations and naming;  at one time it was called
Sun HealthCheck.  The derelict of that product seems to be SunPS
services offered in UK and Japan.  Questions:  does this service still
exist?  What is it called now?  Will my local SE know about it?  Is it
a PS service or just a contract entitlement?
