Two other people have seen this, so far all on GeForce 6150.  Please 
send me the
output of /usr/bin/nvidia-SunOS-bug-report.sh.

Please try, in this order proceeding to step #2 only if #1 doesn't work:

1. With the bundled 177.80 driver in b101, uncomment the line below in
   /kernel/drv/nvidia.conf and then reboot.

     #Uncomment the following line if you need to disable the use of MSI 
interrupts
     #AllowMSI=0;

2. Download and install the 177.80 driver from the NVIDIA download 
page.  This
   driver doesn't have any of the Sun modifications including using the 
legacy
   interrupt framework (instead of AIF in the Sun driver).
