You can start here: http://www.opensolaris.org/os/documentation/ Note that the services manuals should be pretty much the same as for the "main" OpenSolaris stream, as far as I know. The Solaris Update 6 manuals may not include the latest features rolled in to OpenSolaris, but would otherwise be 98% good enough.
