That's the CLI for the adaptec raid cards. If it's a Sun Box and raidctl doesn't work then you've probably got an adaptec card rather than an LSI one. I know all my current X4150/X4250 boxes do. Start here: http://www.sun.com/storage/storage_networking/hba/raid/ and follow the Drivers download link to: http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sunraid/index.htm and you want the raid manager software.
