Hi Amey, I have installed Solaris releases on T2000s many, many times and was never restricted to c0t0d0s0.
Something else might be going on. I would make sure that all disks are accessible/viewable from the PROM and then also from the format utility when the system is booted. Thanks, Cindy On 04/02/10 05:09, Amey wrote:
##### hurrey ##### My problem is solved now but strange!!! I swapped HDD's and Solaris got installed with no problem. Any1 tried before to install Solaris 10 on any sparc server on other HDD except c0t0 ????? This is something interesting I never tried before. Seems like Solaris aprc edition dont like to get installed on any other disk than c0t0 i.e. 1st disk in slots. Regards, Amey.
