Hi Neil, Ubuntu 10.04 has a path and shell definition per crontab. I think that's a good approach for the issue you mention. We will either do that after checking if GNU tools interfere with any default maintenance tasks from installation, or set PATH and shell per script. I am still not sure if the issue I ran into is due to intentional behaviour or from and oversight or bug. Obviously, the whole affair has to do with the duality of GNU and SUN tools in Opensolaris, right?
