Having them in that relative relationship (but with different numbers)
seems to be true on some of the Oracle boxes I manage. If you get
these wrong, it's usually fairly obvious that the database (or whatever)
won't start or run at all.

So if you're not having a problem, don't worry about it, and if you
are having a problem, then worry about that specific problem.
