I Mike Hendon I just managed to install SunOS opensolaris 5.11 snv_111b i86pc i386 i86pc on Microsoft Virtual PC 6.0.192.0, using a Virtual HD of 16GB and a RAM of 1GB.
But I can't configure the X environment. Does anybody in the forum has a usable xorg.conf for the above configuration? Perhaps a step-by-step X configuration -in console mode- would be of great help.
