Does anyone have any idea when the Solaris mv command is going to be fixed?
This bug is a complete pain because I've got terabytes of files on a Sun 7410 system yet I can't mv files between its shares. I know I shouldn't be relying on a command which is new to unix/solaris but I figured after ~40 years it might have got out of beta ;-) (P.S. I can't turn the server down to NFSv3 from NFSv4 because that instantly breaks *all* clients. Yet remounting *every* share on *every* client is the only other workaround and as you can imagine that's also a complete pain.
