Собственно совсем непонятно почему так - на другом системнике с таким же дистрибуливом всё ок - мать конечно же другая ... И возможно как следствие 2-я проблема при перезагрузке исчезают вновь созданные файлы - а изменённые возвращаются к прежнему состоянию. Это моя недоработка или проблемы материнки ? - ранее на най стоял REL и таких проблем не наблюдалось.
