Yes, go ahead and add it as an NS record and add a test record,
increment the serial and test. I've setup 62.210.60.231 to be allowed
to notify and transfer.
I don't think we should spend more time on this trying to get DJBDNS
slaving up properly. We need good slaving that supports NOTIFYs for
instant updates that we can see happening in our logs. The sonic.net
servers seem to have about a 5 to 10 minute lag even with the NOTIFY
working but this is acceptable.

I own the firm so consider it approved.
If you want to go ahead with the DNS change request to remove
ns.hyperreal.org and add ns2.pccc.com at the registrar, this will get
the DNS hosting healthy as we get closer to being ready to update DNS
records frequently. We don't need ns.hyperreal.org giving out stale
records.
OK, as soon as we check notify/xfer works without issue automatically,
I'll open a JIRA ticket for that.
