This issue was resolved yesterday. See my last email about QA'ing the
update file from last night then we should be ready to start updating
DNS again for sa-update.

Interesting... I show the files existed... Perhaps I'm mixing 3.4 and
4.0 rulesets?
Do you have any thoughts if 1786855.tar.gz (the last before the server
went down) is 3.4 or 4.0?
