After discussing things with Dave and based on my experience with the SA
releases and Masscheck systems, I'm recommending the following:

#1 - Make all of Masscheck, masscheckers, ruleqa/nitemc, rule promotions,
etc. (EVERYTHING) run using trunk and not 3.4, etc.

   - There is a concern that the UTF-8 changes in trunk may cause issues
but I believe there are people using trunk for live systems.

   - I believe that with Dave watching the rules after the change we can
"Live" with and work past any issues quickly as UTF-8 and SA 4.0 are the
future!

#2 - For many years all releases since 3.3.3 use the same ruleset. 3.4.2
already has a cname for this. 3.3.2 and before are set to a static
ruleset.

We have been good on using version specific and plugin conditions to allow
one ruleset to rule them all. Since we plan to release rules that continue
to be version compatible back to 3.3.3, only a CNAME is needed for newer
releases to point at 3.3.3. NOTE: 3.4.2 already has this cname.

However, in order to avoid any issues and in case we have to specify a
ruleset by number,

   - Dave, please shorten the TTL for the 3.4.2 CNAME from 3600 to 360.

Also, Dave, please add a 3.4.3 CNAME in preparation for that version.

Any comments?
