ROWS_BEFORE_COMMIT has an effect only for Oracle. It defines how often a
COMMIT should be issued when populating the test table with INSERTs. It
does not have any effect on the actual benchmark regardless of the
database driver.
For MySQL and PostgreSQL no COMMITs are issued at the test preparation
stage. Could you please confirm this is the preferred behavior for
PostgreSQL?
