We have the opportunity to request that the BOF not conflict with other
IETF program events.   The schedule is not yet available, but a list of
working groups is available at
http://www.ietf.org/html.charters/wg-dir.html and "Working Group and BOF
Agendas"  links from the last meeting are available at
http://www.ietf.org/meetings/wg_agenda_45.html.  Please forward your
requests for non-conflict to me in the next few days either directly or via
this list and I'll send the results to Marcia Beaulieu next Tuesday.
