Enhancements to UDP format.

Alex, Chris,
             Are you guys able to divulge the changes in message format
made to support the extra security information in UDP syslog messages ?

There's a Solaris patch which includes extra information in their messages,
although from memory this is more to do with determining where a message
came from rather than security.
