Alex, I don't know of any XML security (confidentiality) standards and
we are not chartered to deliver one. However it has been noted that
once we define all the syntax/structures for the signatures one may be
able to provide confidentiality with minimal to no changes. This might
be something we do in a future rechartering once we've met our current
requirements.
