Working Group/BOF Chair Information

As a working group/BOF chair, the packet of material that you receive on-site should
include the following materials to support your meeting:
    * An overhead pen.

    * Please return your pen at the conclusion of the last session of your group.

    * Working group roster(s).

    * Please be sure to sign your own name to the roster. If your group is meeting
several times throughout the week use the same roster and turn it in to the IETF
Registration Desk at the conclusion of the last session. If you chair more than one
group, use separate rosters for each group you chair. Turn them in to the IETF
Registration Desk as each group concludes its last session. Additional rosters are
available at the IETF Registration Desk. If you would like a copy of your roster,
please request it when you drop the original off at the IETF Registration Desk. Be
sure to specify the number of copies you want made.

    * Three write-on viewgraphs.

    * These viewgraphs cannot be used in a laser printer. Please return any unused
viewgraphs to the registration desk. Don't turn in any used
<http://www.ietf.org/instructions/chair s.html slides.html>viewgraphs to be included
in the proceedings; these will not be used. Additional viewgraphs are available at the
IETF Registration Desk.
Important things to remember:
    * As a courtesy to other working groups, please do not reconfigure the seating in
your breakout rooms.

    * <http://www.ietf.org/instructions/chair s.html minutes.html>Minutes should be
sent to <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>minutes@ietf.<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>org no later
than two weeks following the meeting.

    * A <http://www.ietf.org/instructions/chair s.html summary.html>one paragraph
summary should be submitted to your <http://www.ietf.org/areas.html>Area
Director(s<http://www.ietf.org/areas.html>) before the last day of the IETF meeting.

    * An on-line version of your presentation should be sent to
<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>minutes@ietf.<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>org no later than two
weeks following the meeting. Remember: hard copy presentations will not be accepted
for the proceedings.
