Wrong Port in ID

Hi Folks,

Before everyone starts clamoring about it, I did write in the
wrong port for syslog in the ID.  I'll update the draft with
the correct port.  I'll use the excuse that I wrote my telephone 
area code rather than the correct number.  ..I guess that's why 
it looked so familiar each time I reviewed it.  ;-)
