Hi Everyone,
I've updated the syslog-syslog draft for the points of clarification.
The syslog message is now defined as having three parts {PRI, HEADER,
and MSG} with definitions of the fields and a full description of how
a relay will handle the various types of packets it receives.
The WG web page has been updated with this information as well as the
pointer to the latest draft by Marshall and Darren.

As this revision was for clarification, I'd like to push hard to get
this to the IESG. Can we do a quick review this week and I'll then
submit both syslog-syslog-08 and syslog-reliable-06 to the IESG by
the 7th of this month. Darren and Marshall may need to revise
references from -06 but that will not affect the content of their ID
which has been available for review for a long time.
Many thanks,
Chris
